Quite good, nice food, some better improvements... However, tonight (24th Jan 2019) the TV was a bit loud because of football, it was a bit rude because we're trying to have a birthday party. The next day I rang up and told one of the staff members, who told me he was a manager, about a complaint I had, I ordered a burger, with coleslaw, but the bun was missing and so was the coleslaw. Also, the man was quite rude and just arrogant. I'm a frequent customer here and to receive this much bad attitude is just not on.
Best in Bradley?This is one of the better pubs in Bradley Stoke. It has none of the traditional pub feeling (feel free to look at my other reviews for more traditional pubs, I know self advertising shameful) but it's been newly fitted out and the food is reasonably price. No hostility, with chipper seeming locals but it does have the chain pub feel but for an evening a good time can be had here.
Had a problem getting the gluten free meal I had ordered. After the meal had been replaced with a proper gluten free one, the actual food was very good, properly cooked and served nice and hot. Would have had a higher score but for the GF problem.
Was in the area for a week due to work, staff were very friendly and accommodating. The refurb is amazing and has brought a light and modern cozy feeling to the establishment. Enjoyed my visit to this pub and can't praise the staff enough. Thank you to Chris and his team
Seriously expensive. Staff up selling drinks and give you the impression there's an offer but not the case.Pizza good but fish and chips so small we had to order more.Not cool
