A friendly place for all things small pet related. The staff are really helpful and attentive. They are not phased by anything they have to deal with. The location is convenient with loads of free parking. Appointments run to time and treatments are undertaken in a considerate manner taking the needs of the pet and pet owner.
If I could give zero stars I would !!! Dont use if you have insurance Beware if you have insurance policy as paid for an emergency out of hours treatment . Wanted it upfront .just under 300 The lady at reception said it would be sent straight away . 2 weeks later they said just sent to insurance . If policy is to charge clients first they have a duty of care to clients . I will now be charged interest on my credit card . The lady at Rowe dealing insurance had a very poor dismissive attitude. Couldnt care less As a breeder I wont be using thRowe group after spending 2,500 just a year agoAdministration very poor . Care for animal great

Absolutely fantastic vets!!! I have pretty much lived here for the past few years, having seven pets there always seems to be someone getting themselves into mischief. I cannot recommend the vets enough, especially Chris with his outstanding dedication, care and expertise with my rescue chinchilla Kiwi who had genetic malocclusion. The receptionists and nurses are always very friendly, attentive and understanding. From my hamsters to my dogs Rowe have always been there, even if it's 3am! 5 STARS!
