Terrible management of head office.They never care about over-charged bill. Take my money from DD first and they are very lazy to revise bill.How to make wrong (overcharged)bill EVERY month. When I complain, they never say sorry, and repeat it is on the process.I have to call again and again to get correct bill EVERY month. I never understand how the person is stupid who take charge of account for whole branches of pre-school. Also, my branch also never support us, and always say that discuss with head office. People who for children are not supposed to work poor like this.
