I recently transferred my portfolio of properties to C J Hole. The transfer went very smoothly with very little fuss. The staff are very professional and have full knowledge of the rules and regulations that come with letting property in this day and age. Dont expect to see your deposit back if you actually plan on living in your property.Happy to deduct 170 for water marks on a shower head but didnt mind when our home was subject to several leaks which we cleaned without compensation.Expect a smirky reply from the manager as hes proactive on here but not on a email.Fake smiles and a lot of lies.
