Been there 4 times and I see the quality decrease drastically every single time. I dont even expect 100% spotless from them, but at least 90% clean for what I pay? Highly disappointed this time with patches of dirt left around door handles, inside of doors, below front number plate and all the bottom sides around the car.
Paid for the gold valet but they didn't bother to vacuum the car at all? I pointed this out when I came to pay, and someone came over and started spraying liquid on to various parts of the upholstery. Oh dear! The car on the outside was done pretty well though, hence the 3 stars

My car is an 18 plate. 3 weeks iv had my car. They tried to charge me more for a wash and hoover. After the poor job was finished, i found a huge scratched inside of the passenger door. And at the back seat. When i told him it wasnt there before as its brand new. The man called me a liar and said that i must of done it.....kept telling me to go away....Himself and his workers laughed at me! Thought it was hilarious and kept on telling me that im a liar!!!! Im not impressed and im taking this further!!!!!!!
